Date Ends with Robbery and Kidnapping Allegations

According to The Press-Enterprise, a date recently ended with the arrest of 56-year-old Terry F., of Murrieta, on suspicion ofkidnapping, robbery, and false imprisonment. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department reported that a woman contacted the Wildomar Police Department at about 12:30 am on June 14, 2013, and stated that she had just met Terry F. and had been out on a date with him. As the date ended and he was driving her home, the woman stated, Terry F. accused her of stealing his wallet. Terry F. then allegedly refused to let the woman out of the car, grabbing her wrist when she tried to leave. Later, the report indicates, Terry F. drove the woman to an area of Wildomar, snatched her purse from her, pushed her from the vehicle and drove away. Police later located and recovered the woman's purse at Terry F's home. He was arrested and booked into theSouthwest Detention Center in French Valley and his bail was set at $50,000. Police did not indicate whether Terry F's wallet was ever found.
